FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER
*If you’re arriving on a different day then please contact AQR to discuss transfer options. There will be two transfers run each Saturday to and from Toulouse Airport, or at the beginning of a speciality week. We will confirm times on confirmation of booking. However please note that the last transfer will be for flights arriving no later than 6:30pm. Any additional transfers will require an extra charge.

SOLE OCCUPANCY, please speak to AQR for more information. We cannot guarantee sole occupancy as this is at the discretion of the gite/hotel owner.
LIFT PASS, the lift is open every day in July and August, but only on the weekends in June and September.
BIKE HIRE, the cost for one week bike hire is £90 for Cotic hard tails and £110 for Cotic Hemlock full suspension bikes. Bike hire must be paid in euros when you are in Luchon at the current exchange rate.
LUNCHES, we have not included lunch in the price of your holiday as not everyone always feels like lunch in the middle of a ride. However Russ can provide a packed lunch and snacks for a bargain price of 5 euros.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES, AQR have contacts with several local activity companies and can help you arrange a day out in the mountains or on the water on your day off at good prices.
Popular summer activities include, donkey rides, gliding, hiking, horse riding, paint ball, parapente, swimming, tennis, thermal spas treatments.
Popular winter activities include, skiing, snow boarding, snow shoeing, thermal spas treatments.
SOUVENIRS, You may want a few extra euros for your day off the bike, especially if you fancy tasting local wine and cheese available in Luchon.
