All meals are based on what hungry cyclists need and more importantly to satisfy tastebuds.
BREAKFAST
A buffet breakfast is served from 8am each morning and includes:
*Selection of cereals and muesli.
*Fresh bread from the local bakery.
*Selection of jams and honey.
*Selection of fresh fruit from the local market
*Ham and cheese.
*yoghurt.
*Fruit juice, coffee, tea, herbal teas.
LUNCH
Russ provides a home made picnic lunch as an extra option.
AFTERNOON TEA
After a day on the mountainside return to 'Le Lutin' for home made cake and cookies.

INSIDE ACCOMMODATION
'Le Lutin' has a large cosy guest room with television, DVD, games, magazines and and free WIFI connection. The restaurant is next to the lounge area where all meals are served, plus coffee/tea making facilities for you to use. There is a communal fridge to store any extra treats you may buy yourself.
'Le Lutin' sleep 19 people in 9 bedrooms.The first floor there are four ensuite rooms available with shower, toilet and wash basin. On the second floor there is a wash basin in each room, plus brand new shower and toilet room facilities.
On the third floor 'Le Lutin' has large drying room facilities.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
'Le Lutin' is situated in a quiet part of Luchon, very close to the traditonal market and only a few minute’s walk to the centre of the main street where there are endless bars, restaurants and shops. At the opposite end of the main street you will find Luchon's thermal spas and the telecabin is also in close walking distance too, as are many of AQR's favourite trails. If you decide to make your own way to Luchon or would like to spend a day in Toulouse on your day off the bike, then the local train station is only a ten minute walk from 'Le Lutin'.
YOUNG FAMILY EXTRAS
'Le Lutin' is family friendly. Russ has a 4 year old daughter, so understands the importance of providing suitable equipment to make a family holiday stress free. If you bring young children along who need feeding early then this won’t be a problem with fridge and microwave facilities available. The hotel caters for families, with appropriate bedding, high chair, toys, and children's dvd's.
BIKE STORAGE & WORKSHOP FACILITIES
AQR's secure bike store is situated at the back of 'Le Lutin' and has a fully equipped workshop for use of AQR guests, plus a secure storage area. Here you will find all tools you could possibly need and more. Ian is also an experienced mechanic and AQR stocks most spares, so you can be rest assured any bike problems will be fixed so you won't miss a day's riding in the mountains.
