UK TECHNIQUE & SKILLS COACHING DAYS
AQR has been coaching mountain biking technique & skills for over five years, and believe we offer the most comprehensive coaching for the best price in the country.
AQR keep the price low to encourage riders to come to more than one session. Since mountain biking is a progressive sport, you need to keep working on your skills if you want to improve.
After learning new skills, and ironing out bad habits in practice, you will need to continue learning more advanced moves to take your mountain biking to a higher level. Paul is an expert at tailoring his advanced skills sessions to the needs of the group.
AQR has also simplified the pricing, which confused a few people in 2009! We want to encourage as many people as possible to attend more advanced skills by taking a two-day course. With this in mind, we are charging £35 for a one day session, but £60 if you want to book two separate sessions.
Most of the skills days are on Saturday, but we have included two sessions on Sundays due to demand.
In 2010 Sherwood Pines Visitors centre will remain as one of our centres for teaching skills, but for the first time AQR will also be including Hanchurch Hills to the program.
Dates for group sessions are as follows:
Jan 23 - (Saturday) skills session at Sherwood Pines
Feb 27 - (Saturday) skills session at Sherwood Pines
Apr 11 - (Sunday) skills session at Sherwood Pines
Jun 12 - (Saturday) skills session at Hanchurch Hills
Jul 10 -(Saturday) skills session at Hanchurch Hills
Sep 12 - (Sunday) skills session at Hanchurch Hills
Oct 23 - (Saturday)skills session at Hanchurch Hills
Dec 4 - (Saturday) skills session at Sherwood Pines
